Hard-working ants lift huge chilli peppers over their heads as they march along on their hind legs towards their nest. The scene was captured by keen photographer Yahya Taufikurrahman, 21, at his home in South Kalimantan, Indonesia.
I can’t be the only one who feels that the photographer simply flipped the original shot 180 degrees, can I? Light curiously coming from the bottom, peppers all at the same angle as if being pulled by gravity rather than lifted, and the ants’ rear legs are hooked onto the bottom of whatever it is they’re standing on, probably to ensure firm footing as they move with the peppers dangling BELOW them.
I think it is flipped 180 degrees. Ants aren’t exactly dumb and wouldn’t lift something above their heads like this when letting gravity do its thing would be more efficient. I mean they can lift bigger objects but not like this.
Also the lighting and such.
i think it’s flipped 90 degrees and the ants are just hangin out, playin nintendo
